How do I Deactivate/Reactivate a User?
By deactivating users you can temporarily remove admin and author users from your account. When a user is deactivated they are not counted towards the admin/author user limit on your ScreenSteps Live plan. A user that has been deactivated will not be able to login, post lessons, or authenticate their ScreenSteps Desktop software.
Edit a User
Check Deactivated
Check Deactivated.
Click Update User
