What are Descriptions Sidebar Messages and How Do I Add Them to a Space?

When you add a message or description to a space they will be displayed to your users. You can include links to your main site, download urls, or anything else you might want to present to your users.

1. Description - this will appear under the Space title and probably shouldn't be too long.
2. Sidebar Message - this appears in the sidebar. It can be as long as you would like.

Select the Edit Space Properties icon for the Space you wish to edit.

Add your message and/or description and...

select Update. You can add in basic html as well.
