Using Auto Snap on Mac OS X

Introduction

With Auto Snap you can use the built in screen capture functions in Mac OS X to quickly grab captures for a lesson.

Activate Auto Snap

Make sure the Auto Snap option is displayed next to the camera icon.

Activate Screen Capture

Press Cmd-Ctrl-Shift-4. You will get a small crosshair.

Drag over the area you want to capture

Drag over the area you want to capture and release the mouse. The image you captured will automatically be added as a new step in ScreenSteps.
