Configuring ScreenSteps to Post to Your Blog
This lesson will show you how to configure ScreenSteps to post to your WordPress or TypePad blog. You must have ScreenSteps version 2.0.7 or later installed to do this.
Create a New Web Account
Open your preferences, select Web and then click + to add a new Web account.
Select the Account Type
Select an account type. In this example I am using WordPress.
Edit Information
An example url will be entered in the Server field. Edit it to match your blog. Also enter your user name and password.
Test Connection
Once you have everything in click Test Connection. This will verify that you have entered the settings correctly.
Name the Account
Double-click on the account name to enter something meaningful. Once you are done, close the preferences window.
Export to Blog
Select Export > Blog.
Select Template and Upload
Select your template and Upload. You lesson will be posted to your blog.
