Upgrading or Downgrading Your Account
This lesson will show you how to upgrade or downgrade your account.
Select Settings
Login to your ScreenSteps Live account and select the Account tab.
Select Plan and Payment Details
Choose an Account Type
Select an Upgrade or Downgrade from the list of available accounts. If you are already part of a paid plan then you account will instantly be converted. If you are moving from a free account to a paid account then you will be asked to enter your payment information.
NOTE: You will only be able to downgrade if your account storage, manuals and lessons fall within the limits of the lower plan. You many need to delete lessons and/or manuals before downgrading your account.
