Adding Users

Learn how to add users to your account. Admin users can configure account settings and upload lessons. Author users can just upload lessons.

Login To Your Account

Select Admin > Users

Select Create User

Enter Information and Sign them Up

Enter the standard information (1). After the user activates their account they can change their password.

Be sure to select a role for the user (2). There roles are possible:

- Admin: full access to your account.
- Author: can post lessons and view all lessons but cannot change account settings.

Select Create User (3).

That's It

If you created an admin or author account the user will be sent a confirmation email.

If you created a reader account the user will be sent an email with their username and password. You will need to add them to a manual for them to be able to view that topic.
