Turning Off Hardware Acceleration

Open the Control Panel

Click on Start -> Control Panel to open the Control Panel.

Open Display

Double-click on the Display icon.

Open Advanced Settings

Click on the Settings tab (1) and then click Advanced (2).

Set Hardware Acceleration to None

Navigate to the Troubleshoot tab (1) and set Hardware acceleration to None (2).
